Job summary

Us3 Ltd seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant to design, configure, and implement efficient warehouse and logistics processes. You will work with stakeholders to define warehouse structures, optimize logistics, configure EWM, support data migration, and prepare sites for go-live.

The role requires hands-on EWM customization, experience across multiple sites, data migration, and strong communication in a cross-functional, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on SAP EWM customised work experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and SAP EWM.
• Proven experience implementing SAP EWM across at least four sites.
• Experience with data migration from SAP ERP MM-IM.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes.
• Experience in warehouse structure design, master data definition, and process configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with SAP Focused Build documentation.
• Experience with SAFe and Scrum in an Agile environment.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting expertise in designing efficient, sustainable warehouse and logistics processes.
• Define warehouse structures, storage concepts, and master data through workshops.
• Design and optimise SAP EWM processes including goods receipt, inbound, goods issue, outbound, and production supply.
• Configure SAP EWM warehouse processes based on technical specs and data sheets.
• Support data migration activities, particularly inventory data from MM-IM to EWM.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical specifications and project documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Test Managers, and stakeholders.
• Assist in Agile delivery, SAFe and Scrum adherence.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment planning, and cutover activities.
• Prepare and execute cutover plans for go-live.
• Communicate complex logistics concepts clearly to business users.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA EWM Consultant to support the design, configuration, and implementation of efficient, sustainable, and future-ready warehouse and logistics processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define warehouse structures, optimise logistics processes, configure SAP EWM solutions, support data migration, and prepare sites for successful go-live.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consulting expertise in designing efficient, sustainable, and future-oriented warehouse and logistics processes.
• Define warehouse structures, storage concepts, and master data through workshops, considering site-specific warehouse layouts and operational requirements.
• Design and optimise SAP EWM processes covering:
• Goods receipt and inbound processing.
• Goods issue and outbound processing.
• Production supply and material staging.
• Physical inventory management.
• Configure SAP EWM warehouse processes based on approved technical specifications and data fact sheets.
• Support data migration activities, particularly inventory data migration from SAP ERP Materials Management and Inventory Management (MM-IM) to SAP EWM.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical specifications and other project documentation in SAP Focused Build.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Test Managers, and other business and technical stakeholders.
• Participate in an Agile delivery environment, following SAFe/Scrum methodologies.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment planning, and cutover activities.
• Prepare and execute cutover plans to ensure a smooth and successful go-live.
• Communicate complex logistics and technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders and project teams.

Mandatory Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP EWM customising.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, specifically SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Proven experience implementing SAP EWM across at least four sites.
• Practical experience with data migration, particularly inventory data from SAP ERP MM-IM.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end warehouse and logistics processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, production supply, and physical inventory.
• Experience in warehouse structure design, master data definition, and process configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience with SAP Focused Build documentation.
• Familiarity with Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office 365.
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, particularly SAFe and Scrum.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and presentation skills.
• A proactive, organised, and self-driven approach to work.

Language Requirements

• Good proficiency in at least one of the following national languages: French or Italian.
• Experience implementing production supply processes using SAP EWM Delivery Management (EWM-DM).
• Knowledge of SAP Materials Management (MM).
• Knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM).
• Experience working with interdisciplinary and international teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across business and technical functions.
