Zusammenfassung

OneAPPS Consulting in Basel is seeking an experienced SAP Project & Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts, including SIT, SAT, UAT, and regression.

You will drive test planning, risk management, and delivery governance, collaborate with GBPOs and senior stakeholders, and ensure CSV and GxP compliance across Life Sciences programs, with exposure to Focused Build and SAP Fiori.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing (SIT, SAT, UAT, Regression) for large-scale SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Strong expertise in SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build) including Test Plans, Test Packages, Test Cases, and Defect Management.
• Experience with Pharma/Life Sciences programs and GxP compliance.
• Knowledge of CSV and audit processes; ability to support audits and address observations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.

Role: SAP Project & Test Manager

• Proven experience leading end-to-end testing (SIT, SAT, UAT, Regression) for large-scale SAP S/4HANA greenfield implementations and global rollouts.
• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Solution Manager (Focused Build), including Test Plans, Test Packages, Test Cases, and Defect Management.
• Experience managing test activities for Pharma and Diagnostics (Life Sciences) programs.
• Good knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for test execution tracking, reporting, and defect management.
• Experience working in a SAFe Agile environment, supporting Program Increments (PI).
• Strong test planning, scheduling, risk management, and delivery governance skills.
• Experience collaborating with Global Business Process Owners (GBPOs) and senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Computerized System Validation (CSV), GxP compliance, and quality processes.
• Experience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and addressing audit observations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and executive reporting skills.
• Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes and methodologies.

Preferred: Experience in Life Sciences SAP transformation programs.
