FFI Advisory GmbH is seeking a seasoned SAP PP/QM professional to lead continuous improvement and stabilization of SAP PP and QM process areas within the SAP logistics landscape.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into practical SAP solutions, including PP/ QM customization and ABAP integration. The role emphasizes global teamwork in Hinwil/Home-Office and a strong focus on process optimization.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM, including customizing, with solid understanding of manufacturing and quality processes.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, challenge requirements, and translate them into efficient SAP solutions.
• ABAP debugging skills; development experience is a plus.
• Experience with SAP PP-DS and/or MES systems is an advantage.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of the continuous improvement and stable operation of SAP PP and QM processes within the SAP logistics landscape.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, key users, and SAP experts to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP customizing in PP and QM and drive implementation of new and enhanced processes.
• Analyze production and quality management processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Handle incidents and change requests in 2nd and 3rd level support.
• Create functional specifications, system documentation, and training materials for knowledge transfer.
• Prepare specifications for ABAP developments and coordinate with developers during implementation.
• Work with internal IT teams, system specialists, and external partners in an international environment.
• Contribute to projects, rollouts, and initiatives focused on process harmonization and system optimization.
