Zusammenfassung

You will coordinate requirements with business users and external providers, translate needs into technical solutions, and provide 2nd-level support while contributing to process optimizations.

The role offers exposure to SAP Basis topics and growth in Power BI and analytics, with a hybrid work setup including home office in Zürich.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science or a comparable field.
• 1–3 years of experience in SAP, application management or IT support.
• Initial experience with application operations, testing, change management or IT projects.
• Interest in SAP Basis, business applications and Power BI.
• Understanding of business processes and ability to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of working at the interface between business and IT.
• Very good German and good English skills.
