Job summary

Bühler Group in Switzerland is looking for a SAP Logistics Application / Business Process Manager to shape the end-to-end outbound logistics and transportation processes of our global organisation. You own the business processes and the corresponding SAP solutions along the outbound value chain, from delivery and shipment execution to transport management and the adjacent trade and customs interfaces.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SAP LE or TM; GTS/SD/PS are advantages.
• Several years of IT, Logistics, SCM or Freight Forwarding experience.
• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics or equivalent with relevant further training.
• End-to-end logistics and supply chain understanding; willingness to learn adjacent topics such as Trade Affairs and export control.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop business and SAP processes in Logistics Outbound and Transport Management.
• Own end-to-end process analysis, standardisation, documentation and monitoring.
• Capture and prioritise business requirements and translate into robust functional concepts.
• Steer development orders with internal and external partners; ensure implementation in SAP.

SAP Logistics Application / Business Process Manager

To strengthen our IT department, we are looking for a SAP Logistics Application / Business Process Manager to shape the end-to-end outboundlogisticsand transportation processes of our global organisation. In this role, you own the business processes and the corresponding SAP solutions along the outbound value chain, from delivery and shipment execution to transport management and the adjacent trade and customs interfaces. Working closely with business functions, Product Owners, developmentpartnersand Key Users worldwide, you translate business requirements intostandardised, scalable process and system solutions and roll them out across our international sites.

• You manage, support and continuously develop business and SAP processes in Logistics Outbound and Transport Management
• You take ownership of end-to-end process analysis, standardisation, documentation and monitoring
• You capture, assess and prioritise business requirements and translate them into robust functional solution concepts
• You steer development orders with internal and external partners and ensure successful implementation in the relevant applications
• You run tests, deliver trainings, support global roll-outs and coordinate Process Managers, Key Users and Super Users worldwide

These are the skills you'll need

• Strong functional knowledge either in SAP LE or TM; SAP GTS, SD or PS as an advantage
• Severalyears of experience in IT, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Freight Forwarding
• Degreein Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics or an equivalent qualification with relevant further training
• Comprehensive understanding ofend-to-end logistics and supply chain processes, including adjacent areas such as Customer Project, Customer Service and Procurement and willingness to familiarize yourself with adjacent topics such as Trade Affairs, customs and export control (SAP GTS)
• Project leadershipexperience,strong analytical and conceptual skills, confident stakeholder communication, business-fluent Englishandintercultural competencein aglobalenvironment
