Job summary

Bühler AG is seeking an SAP Application & Business Process Manager (LE/TM) to shape outbound logistics and transportation processes across its global operations. You will own the SAP solutions from delivery to transport management and coordinate with worldwide stakeholders.

In this role you will analyse requirements, standardise processes, and drive implementation with internal teams and partners. A strong background in SAP LE/TM and logistics is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Logistics or equivalent with relevant further training.
• Strong functional knowledge in SAP LE or TM is essential.
• Experience in IT, Logistics, SCM or Freight Forwarding is required.
• Understanding of end-to-end logistics and related processes is needed.
• Experience leading projects and communicating with stakeholders is important.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize end-to-end outbound logistics and Transportation processes.
• Translate business requirements into standardised SAP-based solutions.
• Steer development orders with internal and external partners and ensure successful implementation.
• Run tests, deliver trainings, support global roll-outs and coordinate global users.
