Qualifikationen

• Commercial apprenticeship (CFC) or equivalent training completed.
• Experience in sales support or sales administration.
• Experience in IT, cybersecurity, or IT distribution is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with the three-tier model (vendors, distributors, integrators) and deal registration.
• Fluent in French and professionally proficient in English.

Aufgaben

• Draft offers and quotations in Salesforce.
• Prepare responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), including templates, document collection, and coordination of contributions.
• Keep Salesforce up to date and ensure data accuracy and reliability for business performance management.
• Manage deal registrations with vendors and distributors, and ensure their follow-up and review.
• Support the team with day-to-day sales coordination, including order tracking and liaising with distributors.
• Support Account Managers so they can focus on customer relationships and strategic accounts.
