Job summary

visavis sucht eine/n Sales Support Mitarbeiter/in (80–100%) in Zürich. Sie unterstützen Field Service und Makler im gesamten Verkaufsprozess, bewerten Versicherungsrisiken und bearbeiten Vertragsanpassungen.

Telefonischer und schriftlicher Kundensupport gehört ebenso zum Aufgabenbereich. Sie arbeiten eigenständig, lösungsorientiert und komunikativ, beherrschen Deutsch und Italienisch fließend und bringen idealerweise VBV-Zertifikate oder Bereitschaft zum Erwerb mit.

Qualifications

• Kommerzielle Versicherungsausbildung oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Privatversicherung.
• VBV-Zertifikat (Nicht-Leben) oder Bereitschaft, es zu erwerben.
• Sprachen Deutsch und Italienisch gefordert; weitere Sprachen vorteilhaft.

Responsibilities

• Sie unterstützen aktiv das Außendienstteam und Makler im gesamten Verkaufsprozess.
• Sie bewerten Risiken in den Sektoren UVGO, UVG-Zusatzversicherung, Krankengeld und anderen Versicherungen.
• Sie führen Risikobewertungen durch, bearbeiten Vertragsanpassungen, unterstützen bei Bestandsmaßnahmen und Lohnabrechnungen.
• Sie unterstützen Kunden kompetent per Telefon und Schrift.
• Sie erkennen individuelle Bedürfnisse und entwickeln passende, nachhaltige Lösungen.
• Sie arbeiten kooperativ mit Partnern zusammen und stärken die Gemeinschaft.

Your Tasks

• You actively and collaboratively support the field service and brokers throughout the entire sales process, contributing to our shared success.
• You assess risks in the sectors: UVGO, UVG supplementary insurance, collective daily sickness benefit insurance, and other accident insurances.
• You conduct risk assessments, process contract adjustments, assist in implementing inventory measures, and process wage declarations.
• You competently, actively, and solution-oriented support customers via phone and in writing.
• You recognize individual needs and develop appropriate and sustainable solutions.
• You embody a collaborative partnership and contribute to a strong community with your commitment.

Your Skills

• Commercial insurance training and/or several years of experience in the field of personal insurance
• The VBV certificate (non-life) or willingness to obtain it
• Enjoyment in contacting various stakeholders, a pronounced service orientation, and high customer focus
• Sales-oriented thinking, efficient and solution-oriented collaboration
• Quick comprehension, independent and precise working style
• Very good oral and written communication skills in German and Italian, additional languages are an advantage
