Position

In an international and cutting-edge environment, the role of Sales Operations Specialist within the Tender & Quote Desk team offers the opportunity to work on strategic and innovative projects that will have a direct impact on Inpeco’s future. This role will allow you to broaden your skill set, deepen your knowledge of the entire sales cycle at Inpeco — from proposal preparation to deal closing, order processing and project handover— and actively collaborate with colleagues across many different departments. You will be challenged to contribute directly to key initiatives, playing an essential role in the success of strategic projects and leaving a tangible mark on our innovation journey.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assisting in building and drafting customized sales offers for the company's various business units
  • Targeting different sales channels (Direct, IVD, local distributors, etc.), ensuring high-quality output, accuracy, and compliance with requirements
  • Preparing administrative and technical documentation to support sales activities
  • Responding to all relevant requirements during the development of financial proposals as part of commercial bidding processes
  • Participating in RFI/RFP processes worldwide, either directly or in support of partners and IVDs
  • Supporting the organization and management of administrative activities related to the sales cycle (e.g., order processing and follow-up)
  • Elaborating, proposing, testing, and implementing innovative solutions, tools, and procedures to improve efficiency and strategically optimize interdepartmental and cross-functional processes
Requirements
  • Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent educational background
  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or commercial role
  • Previous experience in tender management is a strong plus
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in document management
  • Proficiency with digital and management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
  • Excellent team player with strong collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and reliable; able to manage and prioritize daily tasks based on deadlines
  • Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and propose concrete, pragmatic solutions
  • Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable; able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
