Van Cleef & Arpels in Geneva seeks a dynamic Sales Associate to join our boutique team, engaging with international and local clients and delivering a refined shopping experience.

We look for passion for jewelry, strong listening skills, and fluency in French and English, with Russian a plus. Onboarding includes training on our history, savoir-faire and creations, plus daily support to help you grow with the Maison.

• You are an ambassador of the Maison and you promote its image both internally and externally.
• You demonstrate excellent commercial sense and actively participate in the recruitment and development of new clients.
• You aim to offer a unique experience to our loyal clients.
• You convey the refinement, elegance and innovation that inspire the Maison creations.

You are comfortable in a sales environment in boutique in contact with both international and local customers.

You are looking for a team spirit environment focusing its energy on clients’ needs and satisfaction.

You speak fluently in French and English and Russian would be a plus.

You have preliminary experience in sales and in the luxury industry.
