Breitling Luzern boutique is seeking a Sales Associate for a 70% position, based in Luzern. You will engage clients, deliver exceptional service, and share Breitling heritage and craftsmanship with every encounter.

Fluency in German and English is mandatory; Chinese language skills are an asset. You will nurture relationships, support events, and uphold boutique standards while contributing to a premium guest experience in a luxury environment.

We are currently recruiting for a 70% Sales Associate position requiring fluency in Chinese. We also encourage applications from candidates interested in future opportunities, where Chinese language skills may not be required.

Your Future Team:

We are a team of 6 and are currently looking for our next colleague to join our squad! You will be based at our Breitling Boutique, located at Grendelstrasse 9 in Luzern.

This is more than a Sales Associate role - it is an opportunity to share your knowledge of Breitling, its heritage, and its exceptional timepieces, while showcasing the craftsmanship and expertise of our watchmakers.

Your mission will be to build and nurture lasting customer relationships by delivering an exceptional level of service and creating memorable brand experiences.

Your contribution:

• You will ensure boutique standards are consistently maintained with a focus on cleanliness and an appealing appearance
• You will be capturing meaningful customer data to create professional relationships and to personalize future opportunities
• You will be involved in attending ad-hoc client and company events
• You will be constantly extending product knowledge through proactive research and participate in trainings
• You will showcase your proactivity when it comes to following industry news, technology, and key market competitors
• You will assist the Boutique Management to uphold and maintain health and safety requirements
• You will be responsible for responding and resolving customer concerns in a professional and empathic manner
• You will apply and maintain visual merchandising guidelines
• You will be responsible for maintenance of back of house stock storage organization
• You will act as a true Brand Ambassador being an integral part of a highly - motivated #Squadonamission

You will fit perfectly into our team if:

• You possess a solid experience in a similar role within watch industry (ideally) or within other domains like hospitality, fashion/apparel
• You want to showcase your flair for building and developing relationships with Clients
• You can put forward you strong communication skills and capacity of understanding others' needs

• You are interested in and you are up to date with the luxury industry
• You are fluent inGerman and English(both written and spoken - mandatory requirement)
• Your knowledge of any other languages especially Chinese will be considered strong asset
