Zusammenfassung

Basel Precision Instruments GmbH is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to strengthen our sales and export team in Basel. You will assist with customer communications, quotations, purchase orders, and order administration, and support export documentation, shipping, packing, invoicing, and delivery follow-up.

You will also contribute to after-sales service, warranty cases, repairs, and related logistics, while helping organize events and handling HubSpot communications.

Qualifikationen

• Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus
• Swiss or EU work permit
• Enthusiastic about serving a highly technical international customer base
• Well-organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Helpful, proactive, and willing to learn
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Previous administrative, sales, customer service, export, or logistics experience
• Basic understanding of quantum technologies is a plus

The Role

To strengthen our sales and export team, we are looking for a motivated and organized Sales Assistant. In this role, you will support the sales and export activities of BASPI and assist the team with the administrative and organizational tasks related to customer orders, shipments, after-sales service, and events.

What You Will Do

Assist with customers communication, quotations, purchase orders, and order administration

Support export documentation, shipping, packing, invoicing, and delivery follow-up

Assist with after-sales service: warranty cases, repairs, and related logistics

Support the preparation and organization of events

Assist with HubSpot and customer communications

Occasionally participate in exhibitions
