Zusammenfassung

MCM WORLDWIDE in Zurich, Switzerland, is seeking a passionate retail sales associate to join our luxury team. You will sell MCM products and provide exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.

In this role you will help achieve sales targets, assist with merchandising, stock checks, repairs, labeling, and support the store team with daily operations. Fluent German and English are required.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years' experience in the luxury sector.
• Excellent communication and selling skills.
• Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.

• Positive attitude, hands‑on mentality and self‑motivated;
• Fluent in German and English is a must, every other language is an asset.
