Santoni in Sankt Moritz is seeking a Part-time Sales Assistant (16/24 hours) to deliver an exceptional customer experience, share the Brand history, and represent luxury with passion and sophistication.

You will drive individual and store KPI results, maintain an existing client portfolio, assist with trends and product knowledge, ensure accurate POS operations, stock room organization, and flawless in-store visuals.

Qualifikationen

• 4–5 years luxury retail experience.
• Experience in Sankt Moritz or similar high-end market.
• Proven ability to drive and exceed KPI goals.
• Maintain an existing client portfolio.
• Proficient with Excel and POS systems.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service and knowledge of products and Brand history.
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals.
• Advise clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
• Team player; foster open communication.
• Maintain Visual merchandising per Brand standards.

Responsabilities

• Provide an exceptional customer service experience by exceeding their expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as Brand history and heritage in accordance with the Brand selling guidelines
• Drive and exceed individual KPI goals, by ensuring the highest level of Customer Service and quality of sales.
• Ability to discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
• Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment;
• Contribute to upholding the visual display of all products in accordance with Brand visual standards.
• Contribute to the daily operations of the store, by maintaining a neat and organized understock and stock room.
• Adhere to Brand Image standards and guidelines.

Skills required

• 4/5 Years of Luxury experience, preferably in the town of Sankt Moritz;
• Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store result;
• Maintain an existing client portfolio;
• Computer proficient in Basic Excel and POS systems;
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
