Schroders in Zurich offers an internship in the Client Group, supporting Relationship Managers and Sales Support Specialist while gaining exposure to investment client lifecycle across public and private markets.

You will assist with client requests, RFP processes, documentation tracking, events, and internal reporting, collaborating with marketing and sales teams. Fluency in English is essential; German/French are assets.

Qualifikationen

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics or related field with strong academic results.
• English required; German and/or French are assets.
• Strong Outlook and Excel skills as well as PowerPoint; data visualization a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support the sales team with daily inbox monitoring and timely responses to stakeholders.
• Prepare accurate responses to ad‑hoc client requests in coordination with specialists.
• Assist with client flow management and trading activities in internal systems.
• Support RFP/DDQ processes by coordinating internal stakeholders and ensuring quality control.
• Track monthly and quarterly client documentation in line with group tools and reporting requirements.
• Assist with client events and engagement activities from planning to follow‑up.
• Support reporting and maintain internal records and management reporting.
• Use Salesforce and other internal tools to support pipeline visibility and meeting preparation.
• Collaborate with the marketing hub on webinars and post‑event follow‑ups.
• Help manage campaigns and contact lists in Salesforce as needed.
