Zusammenfassung

hostettler ag, a Swiss company supplying motor and bicycle enthusiasts, seeks a motivated AR specialist to join our Sursee team. You will manage receivables, post payments, reconcile accounts, and monitor open items with a focus on accuracy and timely follow-up.

Ideal candidates have commercial training and finance/accounting further training, with experience in AR and solid MS Excel skills. Dynamics 365 knowledge is a plus, and fluent German is required.

We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

• Independent management and monitoring of accounts receivable accounting
• Posting and control of incoming payments as well as ongoing reconciliation of accounts receivable
• Monitoring and clarification of open items and discrepancies
• Recording new customers and careful maintenance of accounts receivable master data
• Conducting credit checks within the framework of credit and receivables management
• Responsibility for dunning, debt collection and enforcement procedures as well as consistent follow-up of outstanding receivables
• Preparation of evaluations, reports and relevant key figures in the accounts receivable area
• Competent handling of enquiries from customers and internal specialist departments
• Active participation in the further development, optimisation and digitalisation of processes in accounts receivable accounting
• Assumption of further administrative and accounting tasks within the specialist area

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training
• Further training in finance and accounting, for example as an accounting clerk, is an advantage
• Professional experience in accounts receivable accounting or receivables management
• Good knowledge of accounting processes, especially in the areas of payment transactions, account reconciliation and dunning
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage
• Strong affinity for numbers as well as an independent, precise and structured way of working
• Strong service orientation as well as clear and professional communication skills
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; additional language skills are an advantage
• Interest in the further development and digitalisation of processes
