Job summary

Mikron Group in Switzerland seeks an S/4HANA Program Lead to drive the ERP transformation from mobilisation through cutover and sustainable ownership.

You will coordinate business teams and IT, manage dependencies, risks, and governance, and ensure readiness across data, integrations, testing, and adoption. Fluent English required; other languages are advantageous. The role can be based at multiple Mikron sites in Switzerland.

• Prepare executive decisions, programme reporting, action tracking and escalation materials.
• Maintain transparent risks, issues, assumptions and follow-up actions.
• Ensure programme documentation, controls and operational handover are complete.
• Coordinate the transition into sustainable service, product and process ownership.

Job description

As S/4HANA Program Lead, you will lead Mikron’s S/4HANA transformation through integrated planning, disciplined governance and strong business readiness. You will connect business, technology, data and adoption workstreams from programme mobilisation through cutover and transition into sustainable ownership.

Your main responsibilities

• Own the integrated programme plan, milestones, critical path and cross-workstream dependencies.
• Coordinate business teams, IT contributors, implementation partners and governance stakeholders.
• Govern readiness across process templates, data, integrations, testing, cutover, training and adoption.
• Translate approved priorities into clear plans, decisions and accountable ownership.
• Prepare executive decisions, programme reporting, action tracking and escalation materials.
• Maintain transparent risks, issues, assumptions and follow-up actions.
• Ensure programme documentation, controls and operational handover are complete.
• Coordinate the transition into sustainable service, product and process ownership.

Your profile

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, engineering, business administration or a related field.
• Substantial experience leading complex ERP or S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of SAP core processes, integrations, Fiori, reporting, data migration, testing and cutover.
• Experience coordinating business and technical workstreams in an international organisation.
• Strong programme governance, dependency, risk and partner-management capability.
• Ability to communicate clearly with executives, business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
