Job summary
Kinder Nannies & Staff Ltd. is seeking an experienced Russian-speaking rota nanny to care for a lively 3-year-old in Switzerland. The role involves joining the current two-week rota and working closely with the family’s live-in team to provide consistent daily routines.
The ideal candidate is based in Switzerland, fluent in Russian, and has strong preschool nanny experience with knowledge of child development. Montessori experience is a plus.
Qualifications
- Native Russian speaker
- Significant nanny experience with preschool-aged children
- Energetic, proactive, and highly organised
- Strong understanding of child development
- Able to establish routines and positive boundaries
- Based in Switzerland
- EU passport holder with Swiss work permit or Swiss nationality
- Available to start as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Sole charge care of a 3-year-old boy
- Create and maintain age-appropriate routines and structure
- Plan educational and developmental activities
- Support language development
- Encourage independence, confidence, and good manners
- Organise outings, sporting activities, and outdoor adventures
- Work collaboratively with the family's existing rota nanny
- Communicate effectively with busy parents
- Maintain a stimulating, organised and engaging environment
