On behalf of our partner agency in Switzerland a wonderful young family is looking for a high calibre, warm and genuinely energetic nanny to help look after their pres-schooler son. Nanny should be fluent in Russian or French and also understand English.

Please note: The family has a strong preference for candidates who are already based in Switzerland and who can demonstrate the legal right to work in Switzerland, whether through Swiss nationality, an EU passport with Swiss residency, or an existing Swiss work permit. Applications from candidates requiring relocation from outside Switzerland are unlikely to be considered.

Essential:

• Native level or fluent Russian speaker
• Significant professional nanny experience with preschool-aged children
• Previously worked as a live in or live in rota nanny.
• Energetic, proactive, and highly organised
• Strong understanding of child development
• Confident establishing routines, structure, and positive boundaries
• Currently based in Switzerland
• Swiss passport holder, or
• EU passport holder with a valid Swiss work permit already in place
• Available to start as soon as possible

Highly Desirable:

• Montessori qualification, certification, or training

• Background in Early Years Education

The family are seeking a nanny who can provide structure, establish positive boundaries, and create stimulating daily routines while maintaining a warm, nurturing, and affectionate approach.

This position would suit a nanny who is naturally active, enjoys the outdoors, sports, and physical activities, and can keep pace with an energetic young child.

A Montessori background, qualification, or strong understanding of child-led learning principles would be highly advantageous.
