Allps GmbH is seeking an IT Automation Specialist (RPA / Workflow) based in Basel to drive enterprise process automation. You will design, implement, and scale robotic processes aligned with security and governance standards.

You will collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to eliminate bottlenecks across units. The role emphasizes hands-on bot development, API integration, and robust monitoring.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in RPA or enterprise workflow automation.
• Experience with UiPath and/or Microsoft Power Automate including Desktop and Cloud Flows.
• Experience building reliable automation workflows across apps, databases, APIs and document processing systems.
• Strong SQL, data manipulation, validation and transformation skills.
• Familiarity with JSON/XML/CSV data formats and API integrations.

Aufgaben

• Map and model automated workflows from manual back-office tasks.
• Develop, test, and refine software bots interfacing with desktop, web, and legacy interfaces.
• Build secure API connections and data exchange between cloud services and legacy systems.
• Implement security and access governance within automation solutions.
• Set up monitoring, logging, and dashboards to track bot performance and failures.
