Zusammenfassung

Enact seeks a hands-on operator to teleoperate state-of-the-art robots and to collect training data for our neural networks. You will guide physical demonstrations and work with AI researchers to refine data acquisition pipelines, helping the system learn dexterous manipulation in industrial settings.

Based in central Zürich, you will contribute to rapid prototyping, hardware upkeep, and fleet operations while receiving visa sponsorship and relocation support.

Qualifikationen

• Comfortable piloting various robots for extended duration.
• Strong hand-eye coordination, spatial awareness and fine motor control.
• Attention to detail and organized workspace.
• Fluent in English (spoken) with good communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Data Capture & Teleoperation: Perform high-volume task demonstrations via motion tracking equipment.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor data stream quality, tag trajectory metadata, and flag anomalies or edge-cases.
• Hardware & Setup Maintenance: Assist with staging environments, swap end-effectors, and suggest improvements.
• Cross-Functional Feedback: Collaborate with AI researchers to iterate on teleoperation controls and data pipelines.
