Zusammenfassung

Hexagon Robotics is seeking a Robotics Solutions Engineer - End-Effectors to own the evaluation, selection, and standardization of end-effectors for AEON. You will translate customer needs into scalable hardware solutions, coordinating with field teams, engineers, and partners to ensure seamless integration.

You will shape a long-term manipulation roadmap, drive platform thinking, and support pilots and deployments across multiple industrial use cases.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in robotics, automation, or end-of-arm tooling.
• Strong understanding of robotic manipulation systems and industrial automation.
• Experience evaluating and integrating third-party hardware solutions.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-effector strategy across robotic applications.
• Analyze workflows to identify suitable end-effector solutions.
• Evaluate and select end-effectors including grippers, suction, hooks, tool changers, hands, cameras.
• Drive standardization to reduce variant count while maximizing use-case coverage.
• Define requirements for future end-effector solutions.
• Coordinate relationships with suppliers and partners.
• Support feasibility studies, proofs-of-concept, and pilots.
• Develop evaluation criteria and trade-off analyses for end-effectors.
