We are hiring a Robot Operator

Start date: ASAP

Zürich, Switzerland (on-site, remote not possible)

Part-time OR full-time (60-100%)

Your role

You’ll be hands‑on with the robot, operating it in both test setups and real‑world environments on a daily basis, keeping a close eye on how it performs, and helping us understand what’s working and what’s not. You’ll play a key role in closing the loop between development and deployment, running tests, flagging issues, and collaborating closely with the engineering team to improve performance day by day. If you notice something off, we’ll expect you to speak up, and ideally, help fix it.
