Destinus is seeking an RF Test Engineer to own test setups, procedures, and RF characterization across the development lifecycle for advanced UAV systems. You will work with prototypes and complex RF platforms, turning measurement data into engineering decisions and supporting validation and troubleshooting.

• Ability to document, communicate, and present technical results.
• Practical experience assembling, integrating, and troubleshooting RF systems.
• Experience with test automation using Python.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Physics, or related field preferred.

• Define and develop test setups, procedures, and test routines on component, module, and system-level.
• Perform RF measurements and characterization across the product development lifecycle.
• Analyse, evaluate and interpret measurement data
• Create documentation and test reports
• Collaborate closely with RF, hardware, software, and system engineers to support design validation and troubleshooting
• Manage and handle calibration, repair and purchases of measurement equipment in collaboration with other team members
• Conduct evaluations and performance testing in both laboratory and field environments.
