Destinus seeks an electromagnetic engineer to design, simulate, and optimize RF and antenna technologies for autonomous aerospace platforms. You will advance mmWave solutions, enabling robust communications, navigation, sensing, and radar for UAVs across demanding environments.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, lead design optimizations, validate through measurements, and drive integration of antenna systems across platforms to ensure reliable performance.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a related engineering field with strong EM fundamentals.
• Experience simulating RF and mmWave designs and presenting results.
• Knowledge of radome design and metamaterials is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Perform electromagnetic simulations of RF and mmWave designs using industry leading tools.
• Analyze complex EM structures and present simulation results with recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to improve RF performance through optimization.
• Conduct Radar Cross Section simulations for Destinus platforms and external vehicles.
• Design and optimize radomes balancing EM performance with structural needs.
• Lead antenna system integration across UAV platforms and ensure coexistence.
• Evaluate antenna placement and EM interactions for multiport systems.
• Design and evaluate antenna elements and arrays for aerospace.
• Support validation with lab, field, and anechoic measurements.
• Collaborate with RF, avionics, systems, mechanical, and flight teams.
