Zusammenfassung

Destinus seeks an RF Design Engineer to shape the RF backbone of next-generation radar systems. You will own PCB-level RF circuit development using state-of-the-art circuit and EM tools, translating demanding system requirements into high-performance hardware optimized for SWaP-C targets.

You will join a multidisciplinary team within Destinus, advancing radar technologies and potentially expanding to system modeling and architecture to influence the overall radar platform direction.

Qualifikationen

• Strong understanding of RF building blocks in RX and TX such as LNAs, PAs, mixers, antennas, filters, transmission lines.
• Proficient in RF and analog circuit simulation and validation.
• Experience in design and simulation of digital and clock signal paths.
• Deep knowledge of RF PCB design, microstrip structures, matching networks, antennas.
• Good understanding of RX/TX architectures and performance metrics.
• Experience with 3D EM simulation.
• Familiarity with MWO or ADS.
• Strong analytical, documentation and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Design RF and analog circuits for radar receivers and transmitters using circuit and EM simulators.
• Lead circuit design reviews.
• Select components for PCB implementation of the circuits.
• Guide implementation of the circuits on PCB.
• Conduct post-layout analysis and provide feedback to PCB design engineers.
• Align simulation models with measurements to improve iterations.
• Support test plan definition at component, circuit and system level.
• Support requirements definition at system level.
• Potential to expand into system simulation and architecture definition.
