Alcon in Switzerland seeks a Manager, Accounting & Reporting - Revenue to lead a global revenue team, ensure IFRS 15 compliance, and maintain a SOX control environment while partnering with Local Finance, BPA, and Commercial teams.

The role focuses on end-to-end revenue recognition, month-end close, data integrity, and process improvements, with opportunities to drive automation, governance, and cross-country collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance required; professional certification preferred (CA/CPA/ACCA).
• Solid IFRS and SOX experience in multinational environments.
• Proven revenue accounting expertise and auditing/controls background.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end revenue accounting in line with IFRS 15 and internal policies.
• Lead month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations and variance analyses.
• Ensure SOX controls and AMA guidelines are applied across revenue processes.
• Coordinate with Local Finance, BPA, Commercial, Consolidation & Reporting across time zones.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance data quality and reporting.
