Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of experience in accounting, finance, controls or advisory roles.
• Strong command of IFRS and complex accounting frameworks.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive policy and organizational changes.
• Digital and systems acumen with proficiency in SAP and ERP platforms.

Aufgaben

• Lead quarterly International Balance Sheet reviews with CFO and FRA leadership.
• Own key international accounting processes and harmonize practices across regions.
• Resolve complex accounting topics with C&R and Global Technical Accounting.
• Shape regional revenue recognition positions in line with Global Technical Accounting.
• Drive governance, risk management and internal controls across markets.
• Travel up to 30% in Year 1, with potential reductions later.
