Aufgaben

• Prepare feasibility studies for retrofit projects with R&D, product center, SCM and service experts in Winterthur.
• Develop and execute project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to allocate resources and ensure clear communication and accountability.
• Monitor progress, milestones and risks; address deviations to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Facilitate regular meetings and stakeholder communications to drive project success.
• Manage budgets, expenses and resources, tracking costs and variances.
