Qualifikationen

• Bsc or MSc in Mechanical engineering or Marine engineering with sound experience in engine building, service and/or design.
• Willingness to travel internationally approx. 20-30%.

Aufgaben

• Prepare the commercial and technical feasibility study for large retrofit projects, with early stage input from R&D, product center, SCM and service experts in Winterthur.
• Develop and execute the project plan, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines, in alignment with organizational goals and constraints.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure clear communication and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage risks and issues, proactively identifying and addressing any deviations from the plan to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment, address concerns, and solicit feedback to drive project success.
• Manage project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations, tracking costs and variances to ensure adherence to financial constraints and optimize resource utilization.
