Confidential is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our Dual Site operations in the local market. You will drive sales, nurture client relationships and coach a dynamic team to excellence across two locations.

You will report to the Area Manager and ensure top-notch store standards, inventory control and compelling visual merchandising to support growth and brand presence in Vaud.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as Store Manager or team leader in fashion retail.

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our amazing team as a Dual Site Manager.

You will report to the Area Manager and your responsibilities will include :

Sales Optimization

• Drive and maximize sales in line with the objectives set by management
• Analyze store KPIs and implement action plans to meet and exceed targets
• Develop and strengthen client relationships through proactive clienteling and CRM initiatives, with a strong focus on local customer engagement, retention and sales development.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for store management

Team Leadership and Management

• Train and share knowledge about products, sales techniques, and operational procedures with the sales team
• Lead and motivate the team in achieving goals and managing key performance indicators
• Manage staff schedules
• Coach and develop team members through regular coaching and feedback
• Conduct annual and professional performance reviews

Operational Procedures

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards
• Maintain the store’s appearance, visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation
• Ensure the sales floor layout and product displays are in line with merchandising guidelines
• Oversee stock management and inventory control
