• Strong interest in Retail Technology, Digital Commerce, and Store Technologies.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI concepts (e.g. LLMs, prompt engineering, AI-assisted analytics) and curiosity to apply them in a business context.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, data flows, APIs, or cloud-based systems is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Proactive attitude, learning mindset, and willingness to experiment and iterate.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

• Support the analysis and documentation of retail technology processes (e.g. store systems, Order Management Systems, clienteling, order fulfilment, and omnichannel flows)
• Contribute to GenAI initiatives, including use-case discovery, functional analysis, prompt experimentation, and performance evaluation
• Assist in translating business and user needs into functional requirements and solution concepts
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders across EMEA
• Contribute to data analysis, dashboards, or insight generation to support informed decision-making
• Support pilot initiatives, proof-of-concepts, and continuous improvement activities related to digital retail platforms
