Tissot in Le Locle, Switzerland, seeks a Retail Development Coordinator to drive the implementation of boutiques and shop-in-shops worldwide. You will coordinate projects from design approval to on-time delivery, ensuring quality and brand consistency.

The role requires strong project management, Excel and PowerPoint skills, and knowledge of visual merchandising. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely updates, reports, and successful openings.

Qualifikationen

  • French language proficiency required; native or fluent.
  • Excellent English (spoken and written).
  • BSc in Business Administration or related field; 2+ years experience preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint; knowledge of visual merchandising is a plus.

Aufgaben

  • Coordinate all steps in SIS, Boutique, Roadshow, Pop-up projects after the design approval phase to ensure on-cost and on-time delivery to clients and in store.
  • Regular follow-up and coordination with clients, procurement and logistics on ongoing projects.
  • Forecast upcoming projects and needs.
  • Archive each project and create monthly/annual reports on new openings.
  • Coordinate and create the visual merchandising and Architecture newsletters (4 per year).
  • Analyze the impact of new visual merchandising features on traffic and sales.
  • Stakeholder coordination with internal teams, external vendors and retail partners.

Job description

As a member of the Store Design and Visual Merchandising team, you will be required to coordinate the implementation of our boutiques and shop-in-shops worldwide.

Your responsibilities will be as follow:

  • Coordination of all steps in the SIS, Boutique, Roadshow, Pop-up, projects development after the design approval phase, to ensure on cost and on time delivery to the clients and in store. This will include making sure all phases of the project are accomplished and followed through (offers, orders, production follow-up, delivery, installation, project archiving and photo reception)
  • Regular follow-up and coordination with clients, procurement and logistics on ongoing projects. Keeping track of the projects in shared management document
  • Forecasting of upcoming projects and needs
  • Archiving of each project, photo acquiring and creation of regular reports on the new openings (monthly, annually)
  • Coordination and creation of the visual merchandising and Architecture newsletter (4 per year)
  • Analyses of the impact of new visual merchandising features (layout, news zone, window) on the traffic and sales on selected POS (questionnaires, pools, reports)
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with various stakeholders including internal teams, external vendors, and retail partners. Coordinate efforts to ensure cohesive execution of retail strategies.
Profile
  • BSc Degree in Business Administration or any other related field, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years\' professional experience
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Knowledge on visual merchandising and retail environment, shopfitting, construction and materials is a plus.
