Qualifikationen

• ≈5 years of experience in IT, technology support, or a related field.

Aufgaben

• Act as Level 3 support for restaurant technologies with focus on POS and back‑office systems.
• Own and manage complex escalations from restaurants and support partners through to resolution.
• Perform root cause analysis and define sustainable corrective actions.
• Train, guide, and support external service providers and ensure high-quality restaurant support.
• Maintain knowledge base and standardize support processes.
• Drive improvements in the restaurant support experience including self-service capabilities.
• Interface between restaurant operations, IT teams, and support partners; translate technical topics for non-technical audiences.
