Zusammenfassung

Murtèl restaurant in Silvaplana, Graubünden, Switzerland, seeks a Self Service Manager for a seasonal role from November 2026 to April 2027. You will assist at the front, manage organisational tasks, help run events, handle goods receipt and storage, and perform daily cleaning.

Experience in mountain gastronomy plus guest-focused teamwork is preferred. Flexibility for evening shifts and winter sports enthusiasm are advantageous.

Corvatsch, Diavolezza and Lagalb together form the fabulous mountain world of Upper Engadin. The mountain railway companies open up 165 kilometres of pistes and 110 kilometres of hiking trails. The fabulous mountain world includes ten restaurants 6 of which are also open in summer 6 as well as the Diavolezza mountain house. Corvatsch, Diavolezza and Lagalb offer a year-round mountain experience.
