The Intercantonal University of Special Education (HfH) invites a qualified professional to lead quality development for training programs. You will integrate quality procedures, evaluations, and study data to create actionable insights that help lecturers and degree programmes improve offerings.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in organisational psychology or organisational development.

Aufgaben

• Advance quality development across degree programmes and modules, including evaluation cycles and governance.

Quality Manager Training 60 – 80%

The Intercantonal University of Special Education (HfH) is the most important Swiss competence centre for special and remedial education with around 2,000 students. In teaching, research and services, we are committed to participation and educational equity. Our work combines scientific excellence with social responsibility and is oriented towards the needs of practice, politics and the education system.

In the Centre for Training and Continuing Education, you will help shape the quality development of training. You combine quality procedures, evaluations and study data into insights with which degree programmes and lecturers can specifically further develop their offerings. At the same time, you build up the data-based further development of degree programmes, a topic we would like to shape together with you. Collaboration with us is organised on a role basis and gives you plenty of scope to actively help shape your roles.

Your area of responsibility

Quality development 40 – 60%

• Further development of the understanding of quality, standards and instruments of quality management in training
• Coordination of quality processes across degree programmes and modules, including evaluation cycles and accountability procedures
• Consulting and coaching of degree programme managers, lecturers and development teams on quality issues
• Preparation and presentation of results from evaluations as decision‑making bases for management
• Support of development projects of degree programmes

Data‑based further development of degree programmes 20%

• Exploitation of existing study and evaluation data and definition of meaningful key figures
• Development of automated, comprehensible dashboards for degree programmes, modules and lecturers
• Support of target groups in the use and interpretation of data
• Clarification of data protection and governance issues together with the responsible bodies
• Prospectively: Exploitation of further data sources for the analysis of teaching and learning offerings (Curricular Analytics)

Your profile

• University degree at master’s level with profound knowledge in organisational psychology or organisational development
• Several years of relevant professional experience in quality, higher education or organisational development, preferably in the higher education environment
• Methodical confidence in dealing with evaluation and longitudinal data as well as a sense of which questions really advance a degree programme
• Enjoyment in designing evaluations so that professionals can work with them without explanation; experience with a BI tool (e.g. Power BI) is an advantage
• Experience in dealing with quality management systems and in project management
• Moderation, networking and consulting skills
• You have the ability to integrate different perspectives and professional logics and to develop viable solutions in a demanding scientific environment.
