Zusammenfassung

Swiss Red Cross Canton Zurich seeks an experienced Head of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising and a member of the Executive Board. This role shapes visibility, trust and sustainable financing, steering branding, digital channels and stakeholder relations.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team and contribute to strategic decisions at board level. You will develop future-oriented marketing and fundraising strategies, leverage digital opportunities, and help advance the organisation's

Qualifikationen

• University degree in marketing, communications, business administration, non-profit management or a comparable field.
• At least 5 years leadership experience in marketing/communications or a comparable strategic environment.
• Proven several years of responsibility in brand management, integrated communications, media work and digital channels.
• Experience developing teams, departments or organisations and managing change processes.
• Very good knowledge of digital channels and proven experience with CRM systems, data-driven management or reporting.
• Confidence in dealing with stakeholders at leadership, management or board level.
• Understanding of fundraising and sustainable financing models in the non-profit sector.
• Strategic understanding of digitalisation, data and artificial intelligence.

The Swiss Red Cross (SRC) Canton Zurich fulfils important humanitarian tasks on site in the areas of everyday support, education and migration/social integration.

Head of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising & Member of the Executive Board (100%)

To ensure our services reach the people who need them, visibility, trust and sustainable financing are essential. Marketing, communications and fundraising make a central contribution to this. They make our work visible, strengthen relationships with our stakeholders and create the foundation for us to be able to develop our social impact in the long term. Due to a retirement, we are looking for an experienced leader to take over an established area, develop it with a future focus and actively shape the further development of SRC Canton Zurich as a member of the executive board.

As Head of Marketing, Communications and Fundraising, you are responsible for the positioning, visibility and sustainable financing of SRC Canton Zurich. You will develop marketing and communications with a future focus, utilise digital opportunities and actively contribute to the further development of our organisation as a member of the executive board.

• You are responsible for the strategic development of marketing, communications and fundraising
• Together with your team, you strengthen the positioning, visibility and reputation of SRC Canton Zurich
• You further develop our communications and brand management and ensure an integrated approach to our stakeholders across all relevant channels
• You support the sustainable financing of SRC Canton Zurich through the strategic development of fundraising
• You assess digitalisation, data and artificial intelligence strategically and use their potential for communication, positioning and impact
• As a member of the executive board, you bring the perspectives of communication, brand and financing into strategic decisions and actively shape the development of SRC Canton Zurich
• You lead employees and managers appreciatively, clearly and with a focus on development

What convinces us about you
