Zusammenfassung

Die Ergonomen Usability AG seeks a Senior Usability and User Experience Consultant (m/f) with strong skills in CX design, UCD and design thinking. You will evaluate and optimize software, plan and conduct tests, and derive user-centered requirements.

You will lead workshops, interpret data, and communicate compelling solutions to clients. Requirements include a psychology degree (master/PhD or equivalent), deep UCD process knowledge, fluency in German and English (French an advantage), and

Qualifikationen

• University degree in psychology (master's or doctorate) or equivalent qualification.
• Profound methodological understanding of the user-centered design process.
• Very strong command of German and English (oral and written). Knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in usability and user experience.
• Flair for design and experience in using design and prototyping tools.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and optimize software, products or processes of all kinds.
• Plan test settings, perform tests, evaluate and interpret results and create concrete proposals for solutions (also visualized).
• Conduct requirements analyses, interviews, surveys and analysis of potential and derive requirements from the user's perspective.
• Boldly select and apply methods, thoroughly evaluate data and interpret them in a targeted manner.
• Edit and optimize communication elements such website text, brochures, manuals, etc.
