Job summary

Fasel Échafaudages SA, a family business and scaffold benchmark in French-speaking Switzerland, invites applications for an Administration and HR Manager (50/50) based in Boudry (NE) with occasional presence in Corpataux (FR).

You will lead HR activities (recruitment, onboarding, payroll data quality, legal compliance) and manage administration (team of 4–5, invoicing, contracts). Fluency in French is required; German is a plus; driving licence is expected.

Qualifications

• Federal diploma as HR specialist or equivalent
• 7 to 10 years of generalist HR experience including field workforce
• Proven experience leading an administrative team
• Mastery of legal elements and social insurance
• Strong IT skills and interest in AI
• Interest in construction sector and ability to work with operational teams
• Leadership, good communicator, team spirit and initiative
• Interest in marketing and social networks is a plus
• Native French speaker; German is an asset
• Driving licence

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and continuous training
• Manage the employee journey from Onboarding to Offboarding
• Guarantee the application of the CCT and the quality of data transmitted to the fiduciary for payroll
• Administration (50%): Manage the administrative team across two sites (4-5 employees)
• Oversee invoicing, accounting document tracking and archiving
• Manage insurance, general contracts and administrative procedures
• Support the Technical Office, notably on tenders and HR indicators
• Supervise the organisation of internal and client events

To strengthen our organisation, we are creating a managerial position combining administration and human resources, reporting to general management.

Your responsibilities:

Human Resources (50%)

• Ensure administrative management of personnel
• Lead recruitment and continuous training
• Manage the employee journey from Onboarding to Offboarding

Your profile:

• 7 to 10 years of experience in generalist HR including significant experience with a field workforce
• Proven experience in managing an administrative team

• Very good command of IT tools and interest in artificial intelligence
• Interest in the construction sector and ease with operational teams
• Leadership, good communicator with team spirit and initiative
• Interest in marketing and social networks would be a plus
