Job summary

IOM in Geneva seeks a Chief, Resources Management Unit to lead financial management, budgeting, treasury, human resources, supply chain, administration and ICT for the Country Office and Sub‑Offices. You will set strategic direction, ensure internal controls, manage risks, and support donor negotiations in collaboration with HQ and regional teams.

A senior leader with extensive experience in complex operations is required.

Qualifications

• Senior managerial experience in large and complex operations.
• Ability to integrate financial, workforce, supply chain and risk considerations into strategy.
• Experience advising on high-value, high-risk commitments.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for financial management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee treasury, accounting, and financial reporting for CO and sub-offices.
• Ensure robust internal control, risk management and compliance across functions.
• Lead partner contracting oversight and donor negotiations.
