Job summary

International Organization for Migration in Switzerland is hiring a Head of Resources Management Unit to oversee financial management and resources across the country office. The role reports to the Chief of Mission and collaborates with HQ and GSSC to ensure compliant, efficient use of funds and resources.

You will coordinate finance, budget, HR, supply chain, ICT and administrative functions, strengthening accountability and supporting sustainable programme delivery in a complex migration

• Provides technical and operational advice to the Chief of Mission on financial management and resources governance.
• Contributes to budget oversight, internal controls, risk management and performance monitoring.
• Coordinates finance, budget, HR, supply chain, ICT and admin functions to ensure efficient services.
