Job summary

International Organization for Migration in Geneva seeks a Chief, Resources Management Unit (RMU) to lead finance, budget, treasury, HR, supply chain, administration, premises and ICT for the Country Office and Sub-Offices.

Reporting to the Chief of Mission and coordinating with HQ, you will shape strategic resource management, ensure risk management and solid internal controls, and drive sustainability and donor compliance across a complex portfolio.

Qualifications

• Public administration/UN experience preferred.
• Strong financial management, governance and risk management skills.
• Ability to lead multi-function teams and complex donor-funded operations.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for finance, budget, treasury, HR, supply chain, admin and ICT.
• Ensure internal controls and management assurance across the CO and Sub-Offices.
• Oversee donor-funded activities and partnerships with implementing agencies.
