Base360.ai is seeking a talented Video Editor to transform raw footage, product recordings, and ambitious ideas into launch films, social content, and ads that capture attention and convert. This hands-on role requires storytelling, pacing, sound, and motion skills, with the freedom to shape concepts and drive final cuts.

You’ll craft founder-led content, build engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, and maintain a consistent visual identity across

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating storytelling and editing craft.
• Proficiency in major video editing tools (Premiere Pro/DaVinci Resolve/Final Cut).
• Motion design skills in After Effects or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Edit product launches and brand films with storytelling and visual direction.
• Create founder-led content from interviews and behind-the-scenes footage.
• Produce short-form videos for social platforms with strong hooks and pacing.
• Build paid ad creative with variations in openings and CTAs.
• Bring product stories to life with screen recordings, motion graphics, and clear explanations.
• Own post-production: footage selection, editing, colour grading, sound design, music, captions, exports.
• Use AI tools to generate assets and speed up production as appropriate.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across formats and channels.
• Improve content using retention, watch time, and conversion data.
