Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner in Switzerland, seeks an AI Video Editor to produce high-volume direct-response video content for paid social campaigns. The role focuses on fast editing across UGC, testimonials, product demos, and founder-led content.

You will use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, and production, collaborating with strategists and growth teams to deliver scalable creative with measurable results.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience editing direct-response video ads for direct-to-consumer brands.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful paid social video advertising.
• Solid experience creating static advertisements for Meta and other paid social platforms.
• Proficiency with an editing tool such as CapCut, Premiere, and/or After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing principles, including hooks, CTAs, creative angles, conversion, and testing.
• Experience writing or adapting copy for advertising creatives.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative and productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Runway, Pika, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple projects, and consistently deliver several creative assets per week.
• Strong English communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Edit short-form direct-response video ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid social platforms.
• Develop multiple creative variations by testing different hooks, angles, CTAs, messaging, layouts, and offers.
• Write and adapt scripts and copy for video concepts with a strong focus on engagement and conversion.
• Use CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, and other tools to produce high-quality creative efficiently.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scripting, editing, and production workflows.
• Create high-converting static ad creatives for paid social campaigns using templates and swipe files.
• Produce multiple static variations for testing with different headlines and layouts.
• Work closely with strategists and growth teams to execute concepts and respond to performance feedback.
• Source, organize, and manage creative assets such as UGC, stock footage, hooks, and B-roll.
• Maintain a high-volume workflow prioritizing effectiveness and timely delivery.
