UN Atlas is seeking a seasoned consultant to support the Partnership for Action on Green Economy (PAGE) within UNEP. The role focuses on strategic analysis, governance coordination, and producing background documents to facilitate decision-making and programme advancement.

You will coordinate with internal and external partners, develop a governance-ready framework, and contribute to the 2026 online annual report and outreach materials, while ensuring alignment with sustainable development goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in sustainable development and programme management.
• Experience in organizing meetings and coordinating programmes with diverse partners.
• Experience with monitoring frameworks and presenting results is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Provide input for strategic analysis of PAGE with results and lessons learned for future planning.
• Establish process: timelines, partner interviews, milestones.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners for input and feedback.
• Advise on PAGE governance meetings: timing, content, participation.
• Prepare background documents: agendas, participation lists, presentations, concept notes, briefing notes.
• Communicate with participants regarding meeting arrangements and roles.
• Prepare comprehensive summaries of meetings highlighting key points and decisions.
• Contribute to the concept and outline for the 2026 online annual report and draft web content.
• Develop attractive presentation formats for results and information with layout/graphics.
• Provide input for outreach materials like newsletters and videos.
