Bart & Associates, Inc. seeks a Software Systems Engineer – Lead to support the DLA HRM IT Sustainment effort. This off-site role requires periodic on-site visits to multiple DLA facilities.

Strong leadership, security, and system design skills are essential to deliver robust software systems for defense programs. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in BI, analytics, data modeling, dashboard design, and ICAM implementations, along with relevant certifications and an active Secret

Qualifications

• At least ten years of relevant experience.
• Experience with business intelligence platforms, analytics, data modeling, and dashboard design.
• Experience implementing modern security solutions such as ICAM.
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level technical expertise in software systems programming and analysis; design architectures covering software, hardware and communications; ensure compliance with DoD/open-system standards; develop system designs; lead technical staff; review quality and evaluate software products.
