Zusammenfassung

Cloudbeds is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the POS team. You will work across the React Native frontend, Python/FastAPI backend, infrastructure, and deployment tooling to deliver an end-to-end point-of-sale experience for hospitality properties.

You’ll own design, testing, and reliability, collaborate with product and design teams, and drive architecture decisions in a fully remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with Python and/or TypeScript.
• Hands-on mobile/frontend development with React Native, Expo, and related tooling.
• Strong fundamentals in architecture, testing, performance, and security.
• Solid knowledge of relational data modeling, PostgreSQL, caching, and APIs.
• Experience owning cloud-native delivery and operations (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, Argo CD).

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and operate customer-facing POS experiences end-to-end.
• Own observability, testing, release quality, and production support for workflows.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Payments, and Infrastructure teams across stacks.
• Drive architecture decisions and mentor junior engineers.
