Job summary

Cisco Isovalent is seeking a Customer Success Architect to partner with customers across the EMEA region, helping them adopt and scale Cilium Enterprise on cloud-native platforms. The role emphasizes deep technical guidance, workshops, and collaboration with engineering and support teams.

The CSA will design production rollouts, build trusted relationships with stakeholders, and enable customers to realize value from Cisco Isovalent solutions in a remote, distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in advanced Kubernetes architectural components and their relationships.
• 3+ years helping customers adopt Kubernetes and cloud-native tech at scale in production.
• Proven experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Demonstrated networking knowledge, including Kubernetes networking.

Responsibilities

• Help our customers be successful with Cilium Enterprise.
• Engage with assigned customer accounts to design and guide production rollouts.
• Build deep technical relationships with key customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor.
• Conduct workshops on existing and new product capabilities.
• Collaborate with engineering and support to unblock customer issues.
• Create workshops, training material, reference architectures and docs to add value.
• Be a continuous technology advocate with OSS, Kubernetes, and cloud provider expertise.
• Learn leading technology and collaborate with world-class technical talent.
