Job summary
BVS Verpackungs-Systeme is seeking a Service Technician 80–100% (m/f/d) based in Switzerland to support our sales team and implement exciting packaging projects. You will handle service, maintenance, and repairs, troubleshoot, and provide on-site and remote support to customers, growing into a trusted contact for clients.
The role offers a flexible workplace after onboarding, a 41-hour week with flexible hours, 5 weeks of vacation, company vehicle for private use, and modern tools for mobile
Qualifications
- Completed basic technical training (e.g., auto mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, polymer mechanic, or equivalent).
- Deep technical understanding with a passion for troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of mechanics and electrical engineering.
- Experience as a service technician or in the packaging industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Service, maintenance and repair work on packaging systems.
- Independent troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Assembly and commissioning of systems at customer premises.
- Technical support for customers locally and by phone.
- Internal audits, upgrades, and provisioning of machinery.
