Viquerat Group, active in French-speaking Switzerland, is seeking a 100% After-Sales Technician for the Riviera, Chablais and Valais region. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance and assist with installations.

The ideal candidate holds a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in electromechanics or electrical trade, has 3+ years of fault-finding experience, and is comfortable with site work, meetings clients, and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in electromechanic or electrician.
• At least 3 years of fault-finding and maintenance experience.
• Willingness to work at height and on-call shifts.
• Good knowledge of electrical diagrams and plan reading.
• Valid B driving license and region resident.

As part of our development, we are looking for a candidate for our technical department:

100% After-Sales Technician – Riviera, Chablais & Valais Region

Your mission:

• Troubleshooting: analyse faults, identify their origin, gather necessary information, create useful sketches and provide instructions to enable the reinstatement of installations.
• Maintenance: inspect and analyse installations to ensure their proper functioning and user safety.
• Installation of new motorisations: install, adapt, connect and commission motorisations.
• Commissioning: carry out the connection and commissioning of installations across our entire product range.

Your profile:

• Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as an electromechanic, electrician or equivalent training.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in fault finding and maintenance (experience with automatic doors and/or loading dock installations is an advantage).
• Comfortable working at heights (access platform and/or lift licence is an advantage).
• Good knowledge of electrical diagrams and plan reading.
• Driving licence (minimum category B).
• Autonomous, versatile, methodical and with good analytical skills.
• Confident in communication with clients and various stakeholders, both orally and in writing.
• Comfortable with administrative tasks related to interventions (reports, etc.).
• Available for shift work (on-call, evening or night work).
• Resident in the region.
